Myoways Ltd (“Myoways”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides personalised nutrition services through the Myoways mobile application and Myoways dispensing systems (“Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal data.

1.2 Activity & Health Data

If you connect a third-party fitness or health platform (e.g., Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Strava, or similar services), we may collect activity data that you authorise us to access, including:

  • Calories burned

  • Heart rate data

  • Training load metrics

  • Step count

  • Sleep metrics

  • VO₂ max or similar performance indicators

We only access data you explicitly authorise.

We do not collect your login credentials for third-party platforms.

You may revoke access at any time through your third-party account settings.

1.3 Machine Interaction Data

When you use a Myoways dispensing station (“Myostation”), we collect:

  • Product selections

  • Nutritional composition dispensed

  • Timestamp of transaction

  • Machine performance logs

1.4 Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details.

1.5 Device & Technical Information

  • Device identifiers

  • IP address

  • App usage analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

If you delete your account:

Disconnecting a wearable integration stops future data collection but does not automatically delete previously processed data.
